This article in today’s Gazette tugged at my heart. On the day before we devour our turkeys to celebrate our Thanksgiving, maybe we should all be more thankful that people like plastic surgeons Drs. Peete and Muskett practice in our fair city.

(Helena) – As the members of the 62^nd Montana Legislature began to organize last week in Helena, Senator Taylor Brown was elected by his fellow Senators to serve as a Majority Whip in the State Senate.  Brown, who lives near Huntley, represents Senate District 22 which stretches from Billings to Miles City.  He is currently entering his second Legislative Session.

For those interested in Montana’s elections, here are the final results of the general election for the state of Montana. You will find the percentage of points and votes casted in your district. As the republicans (GOP) gained a lot of seats, the Democrats (DEM) lost some as well. Many of the districts were won in landslides.
